Fall Pumpkin

This decal is heavily inspired by the region's rich agricultural heritage and the absolute embrace of autumn traditions across the Tri-County area. By splitting a classic pumpkin silhouette down the center, the design beautifully pairs a rustic fall harvest scene of acorns and turning leaves with the bold heraldic patterns of the Maryland state flag. In Southern Maryland, fall culture is a major seasonal shift that represents a collective sigh of relief after a grueling, humid summer. The rhythm of local life transitions from the water to the land, dominated by families flocking to local agritourism favorites like Serenity Farm in Benedict or the massive corn mazes and pumpkin patches at Bowles Farms in St. Mary's County. It is an autumn culture anchored by crisp mornings, woodsmoke, and highly anticipated community milestones like the St. Mary’s County Fair, where the local pride is less about beach trips and all about celebrating rural barn life, massive tractor displays, and the absolute bounty of the local harvest.

Locals don't love fall because of the beautiful changing leaves; they love it because the humidity finally drops below 90% and they can walk to their mailbox without feeling like they are breathing through a hot, wet washcloth.
